Kim Seufert's clients know they have her support and expertise guiding them from the moment they meet.  She was born and raised right here in Minnesota.  Growing up in "Friendly Fridley" may have kickstarted the charismatic personality that has helped shaped her real estate career. She currently resides in Brooklyn Park with her husband, Matt and their 3 children.  She claims not to be a fan of dogs, but you will find that many of her stories will involve the crazy antics of her beagle, Jake, who is eternally young at heart.

Holding her real estate license since 2006, Kim has represented the many needs of  buyers, sellers, investors and banks.  She enjoys the many aspects of the industry and thrives in situations that challenge her knowledge of the game. It is important to her to educate her clients on the process from start to finish.  She is always there to answer questions and get to the bottom of things. Her clients rely on her advice and respect her calm ability to take control in a professional manner that is crucial in navigating any transaction to the end. 

Family is very important to Kim.  She is very close to her own and is from a big one!  Her ability to to do what she does stems from being exposed to such a wonderful dynamic group of personalities.  It's no surprise that being part of the BRIX Real Estate family gives her the same feeling.
